Jumpy Cat ("the App") is a casual mobile game developed by Theressa Asis | TA Studio. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the limited data we collect.

Data We Collect

The App collects the following data solely for gameplay functionality:

• Game Center Display Name — Used to identify you on the leaderboard. This is provided by Apple Game Center and is not collected by us directly.
• Game Center Player ID — Used to associate your scores with your account.
• High Scores — Your scores are submitted to our leaderboard so you can compete with other players.
• Player Name (optional) — If you enter a name for the leaderboard, it is stored alongside your score.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your email, phone number, location, or device identifiers.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.

Third-Party Services

• Apple Game Center — Used for authentication and leaderboards. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase (Firestore) — Used to store leaderboard scores. Governed by Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — Used for in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (tuna packs and the Double Tuna upgrade). All transactions are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The only data collected (Game Center name and scores) is managed through Apple's parental controls.

Data Retention

Leaderboard data is retained on our servers as an all-time classic leaderboard. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
